The Orange County board approved proposed settlements in Bueller v. County of Orange and Wynne v. County of Orange, the board reported after the meeting returned to the record.

Harmon added that “the proposed settlement remains subject to the final approval of others” and that “as soon as the proposed settlement becomes final, details will be made available in the office of CEO Risk Management to any person who inquires.”

He repeated that the Wynne settlement is also “subject to the final approval of others” and that the CEO Risk Management office will provide details once the settlements are finalized.
Harmon said the board “took no other reportable action during the closed session.” After the reports were read, the chair thanked participants and adjourned the meeting.
