Boerne planning commission approves Regent Park Unit 9 final plat

Commissioner Tim Van Wolf presided over the Boerne Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and announced the commission approved the final plat for Regent Park Unit 9 as part of a two-item consent agenda.

"The proposed final plat for Regent Park Unit 9 [is approved] subject to the 5 stipulations recommended by city staff," Commissioner Tim Van Wolf said when presenting the consent items. A motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Commissioner Heilers and seconded by Commissioner Cates. After a brief technical issue with electronic voting, commissioners used a show of hands and the chair announced the motion passed unanimously.

The consent agenda also included approval of the minutes from the commission's Feb. 2, 2026 meeting. The record in the meeting shows the Regent Park Unit 9 plat was approved without separate discussion at the meeting and will proceed under the five staff-recommended stipulations.

No public commenters spoke on the item during the meeting. The commission moved on to other business after the vote and adjourned later in the session.
