Trustee Tammy Brown: village rolls out employee engagement survey; planning-and-zoning consultant to schedule meeting

Trustee Tammy Brown told the Dolton Board of Trustees during committee reports that the village has rolled out an employee engagement survey to the housing and police departments and will roll it out to the public works department next week, with the fire department to follow.

Brown said the purpose of the survey is to “find out what’s going on in our departments” and to learn “what our people, employees are thinking, what their wants and needs are,” so leaders can use the results to improve village operations.
