Mount Clemens commission selects Don Johnson as city manager; attorney to negotiate contract

The Mount Clemens City Commission voted to select Don Johnson as city manager and directed the city attorney to negotiate an employment agreement, with the contract to return to the commission for approval.

A motion to approve "the selection of Don Johnson for city manager and direct the city attorney to negotiate the terms of an employment agreement with that candidate subject to approval of the city commission" was made and seconded during general business discussion on the city manager selection.
