Mount Clemens authorizes sale of vacant lot at 20 Northbound Gratiot for $400

The Mount Clemens City Commission approved the sale of a vacant city‑owned lot at 20 Northbound Gratiot to Diana (transcript: Diane) Frizzell of Clinton Township for $400 during its Oct. 8 meeting.

City administration recommended the sale and said Miss Frizzell intends to build a new home on the lot; if approved the city attorney will prepare settlement statements and a quitclaim deed for closing. Commissioner (speaker 10) moved to authorize the sale and to authorize the mayor and clerk to sign necessary documents; the motion was seconded and passed on roll call.
