Presenter (S1) described Lewisville’s recent investments in emergency services and invited residents to tour the new facility. “In 2025, we opened the $124,000,000 Tittle McFadden Public Safety Center,” the Presenter said, calling it a state-of-the-art facility that serves police, fire and the city’s emergency operations team.
The Presenter said the city expanded firefighter staffing by implementing four-person crews at Station 6 and moved to a 48-hour on, 96-hour off schedule to improve firefighter safety and health outcomes. The address noted new equipment and an expanded drone program used by first responders.
On the drone program, the Presenter said the city increased emergency drone flights from 36 to over 250 in one year and that the technology allows responders to “literally have eyes on an incident within 3 minutes of being alerted.” The speech framed the combination of staffing, equipment and the new center as investments that will improve response times and public safety across the city.
The Presenter also invited residents to visit the public safety center, saying the building includes lockers and facilities for every officer and is intended to serve the city for generations.
