Applicant Jesse Bianconi provided photos showing proposed alignment and said a cap detail could be supplied later.
Commissioners asked about the finished relationship between the top of the wall and the adjacent steps and noted the analysis must consider how any future fence height would be measured from the sidewalk. A motion to approve the application with subcommittee review of cap/finish details and any planting changes passed by voice vote.
