Morrow County commissioners approve feasibility-to-serve applications, appropriations and hospital proclamation

The Morrow County Board of Commissioners on March 13 approved several feasibility-to-serve applications for local properties, authorized an appropriation of certified unappropriated funds, gave approval to advertise bids for box culvert materials and issued a proclamation recognizing Morrow County Hospital Appreciation Day.

The board opened a series of public hearings on service feasibility applications for properties owned by FFLH Limited, Campground Management doing business as Cardinal Center, Fishburne Farms/Services, and Morrow Meadows Development. Chair opened each hearing, noted that there were no members of the public present to comment, and the board voted to approve each application after motions and seconds. Clerk conducted roll calls that recorded affirmative responses for the commissioners called by name.

The commissioners also approved a motion to appropriate unappropriated certified monies for fund 5113; Clerk noted that the funding action “goes through Ohio bills grant,” and the board moved and seconded the measure before recorded affirmations.
