At its March 4 meeting, the Butte-Silver Bow council approved a slate of routine and final-reading items, including land transactions and budget amendments. Highlights:
- Resolution 2026-07 (sale of a parcel in Section 24 for community development): passed 11–0.
- Resolution 2026-08 (land exchange to cure encroachments and support community development): passed 11–0.
- Resolution 2026-09 (budget amendment for BridgerCare MiWay lift program): passed 11–0.
- Resolution 2026-10 (budget amendment for the chronic disease program): passed 11–0.
- Resolution 2026-11 (budget amendment for H5N1 influenza A response program): passed 11–0.
- Resolution 2026-12 (budget amendment from an Intermountain Health grant): passed 11–0.
- Resolution 2026-13 (budget amendment for multiple health department programs): passed 11–0.
- Resolution 2026-14 (budget amendment for the syringe exchange program): passed 11–0.
The council also approved consent-agenda communications and placed several stormwater BMP maintenance agreements and related communications on file (communication numbers 2026-6118, 2026-6125, and 2026-6127). Most items were approved by unanimous voice or roll-call votes recorded by the clerk.
