Committee approves consent agenda and multiple policy revisions; bargaining-rep assignments discussed

The Concord-Carlisle School Committee approved the 03/04/2026 consent agenda and voted to adopt revisions to secondary policies GB, EBC, JJE and KB that the board had previously reviewed.

A motion to approve the consent agenda was moved and seconded and passed on a roll-call vote. Later, committee members moved and seconded to approve the four policy revisions; the motion passed by roll call. The committee chair noted a Zoom delay for remote members and confirmed results were recorded for the meeting minutes.

During the meeting the committee also discussed representation for ongoing bargaining with educational support professionals. The committee asked for two regional volunteers — one for K–12 maintenance and one for K–12 administrative assistants — and several members volunteered to serve; final assignments will be confirmed offline.

The committee deferred in-person public comment due to the facility's closing time and asked members of the public to submit comments by email, which will be accepted as public record.
