Committee approves two student agreements unanimously

The committee voted on two student agreements that had been discussed in the preceding executive session. For item 10.1 a committee member moved to approve, Mrs. Bruce seconded, and the chair called for affirmation; the motion carried unanimously. For item 10.2 a motion and second were received and that motion also carried unanimously.

The board noted that details of these student agreements were discussed in executive session and therefore are not detailed on the public agenda. The chair stated that unless opposition is raised, votes would be recorded as unanimous roll call, and no director registered opposition during the motions.

These approvals were taken as formal committee business; any further public action or reporting will follow the board’s standard notification procedures.
