The Indiana Borough Council approved four payments and a change order tied to the borough’s wastewater-treatment-plant improvements project, recording unanimous roll-call approvals for each motion.
Public works (speaker 6) presented motions that the council approved on roll call: pay application No. 7 to Kirkland Contracting LLC for $25,987.50 for general work; pay application No. 7 to TP Electric LLC for $44,412.53 for electrical work; payout No. 8 to TP Electric LLC for $36,734.66 (reducing retainage ahead of final payment); and a change order No. 2 to Cochran Contracting LLC for $25,966.50 to cover general work including closeout items.
Each motion was followed by a roll-call vote with recorded results of eight yes, zero no. Council recorded that the pay applications and change order will move the improvements work forward and reduce contractor retainage ahead of final payments.
