The board also adopted several resolutions presented by the county solicitor, including R08‑26 to advertise and sell certain county personal property, R09‑26 appointing Justin Scavry as the Environmental Review Certifying Officer for the county’s CDBG, HOME and related programs, and R10‑26 authorizing various agreements, amendments and grants for human, senior and social services. Commissioners unanimously approved multiple appointments to the newly formed Northumberland County Blighted Property Investment Board, with staggered terms through 2026–2032.
All motions were recorded as voice votes with the chair calling for “aye” and announcing that the motions carried; the transcript records voice approval but does not provide a roll‑call tally.
