Brookhaven council reviews street resurfacing, park bids and a $280,000 trail grant application

Sewer‑system rehabilitation bids were reported for work related to leaks at the sewage treatment plant; seven bids ranged from about $41,610 to $138,700, and staff recommended awarding the work to the lowest responsible bidder at $41,610.
