Chair reconvenes court, says no action on items 15a–15c; reminds voters polls are open until 7 p.m.

The Denton County Commissioners Court reconvened at noon from executive session and took no action on three pending agenda items, the presiding chair said.

"It is 12 noon, and we have reconvened from executive session," the Chair said, and added, "There'll be no action on 15 a." The chair repeated that there would be no action on items 15b and 15c.

The chair also used the brief session to remind residents that "the polls are open today until 7PM" and directed voters to votedenton.gov to find their exact polling location, stressing that "You do have to vote in your local precinct for today on election day." The court did not take up or vote on the listed agenda items and concluded business shortly thereafter.

"No further action before the court," the Chair said before adjourning the meeting.

The session was short and procedural: the court announced the status of several agenda items, provided an election-day reminder to voters, and adjourned without motions or votes on those items.
