San Angelo council approves street material purchase, Chadbourne change orders and UKG HR contract; UKG renewal term draws lone dissent

The San Angelo City Council approved multiple consent items on March 3, including street maintenance purchases, change orders for an ongoing streetscape project, a park stewardship memorandum of understanding and a human-resources information system contract.
