Staff outlines potential revisions to Middleton���s exterritorial zoning ordinance; adds R2 for Headen Road parcels

The change is intended to correct an omission and give those parcels a documented Middleton ordinance classification.

Staff said they are coordinating internally and with legal counsel; the committee encouraged staff to round up any related classifications at once so the ordinance amendment is comprehensive. No formal action was taken at the meeting; staff will continue drafting language and schedule follow-up reviews.
