Board approves minutes and adjourns after routine business

At the start of the meeting the board approved minutes from its Feb. 12 meeting; the motion to approve was made by Chris and seconded by Lou and passed on roll call. Later the board approved an encumbrance of up to $200,000 toward the Township Line Road grant project (see separate article). At the end of the meeting, a motion to close the meeting was made by George Hand, seconded by Mark, and the motion carried by voice vote.

Recorded procedural votes from the meeting include the minutes approval and the encumbrance motion. The meeting adjourned following standard procedure; no additional business was introduced before adjournment.
