Columbia Health Services: Dr. Hatrick presented a professional services agreement with Columbia Health Services covering 2023–2028 for the district's school-based health center and described it as a no-cost contract to the district. He said CHS operates the center using funding from the Columbia Pacific Coordinated Care Organization, the Oregon Health Authority and insurance reimbursements while the district provides in-kind janitorial services and utilities.
