The Morrisville Borough School District board approved several education and business-operation items, including a three-year MyView Literacy Curriculum and professional development package for $111,843.43 (grant-funded) and the 2025–26 Head Start memorandum of understanding as presented.
Other motions on the consent or business operations agenda were introduced and approved as presented, including a legal services consultation agreement with Sweet Stevens Katz & Williams for $11,025 for the 2025–26 school year; a Bucksmont Academy placement agreement for 2025–26; the Bucks County Intermediate Unit No. 22 2025–26 special education services agreement; service agreements with Lakeside Youth Services, Delta T Group (professional services), Criticare (substitute nurse services), and PIMS People LLC; and settlement and master services agreements involving individual student matters.
Board members asked clarifying questions about documentation and amounts: one member noted a settlement document had no amount listed and requested that be clarified; staff responded these were settlements the board had been aware of and the current actions represent their finalization. A staff member also noted that some costs and revenue figures (stipends, accruals and certain county bills) will be reflected more fully after June when additional accounting entries post.
The items were presented in the business operations and education sections of the agenda and were approved as listed on the agenda; several were described as standard annual service agreements or placements for the 2025–26 school year.
