Administrator reports vendor invoices totaling $37,001.49; board accepts report

Tracy McPherson, acting human resources director and plan administrator, presented the administrator’s report and a list of recent vendor invoices.

McPherson listed an invoice from Taylor & Preston for $540; multiple invoices from Boomer Shine Consulting for benefit calculations ($400 each) and portal payments ($12.50 and $1,250); and a Marquette Associates invoice for investment consulting covering Oct.–Dec. 2025 for $33,309.15. She reported the invoices aggregated to $37,001.49 and confirmed the next board meeting is scheduled for March 26.

After the report, a board member moved to accept the administrator’s report, a second was recorded and the board voted to accept the report. No public comment was offered and the meeting concluded with an adjournment motion that carried.
