Commission approves LOI for "Project 4" and clears accounts payable; no public comment was given

At its special meeting, the Dearborn County community commission approved accounts payable vouchers and later approved a letter of intent (LOI) related to an item identified in the meeting as "Project 4."

The chair noted copies of accounts-payable vouchers (agenda item 7). A member moved to approve payment of the vouchers, the motion was seconded and members voted in favor. The accounts payable were approved.

Later in the meeting the chair introduced an LOI described as relating to Project 4. Members confirmed they had the LOI and a member moved to approve it; the motion was seconded and members voted aye. The LOI for Project 4 was approved.

The chair asked for public comment; none was offered. The chair then adjourned the meeting.
