City attorney calls council into executive session on property pricing and potential litigation

Rogerson cited the statutory authority for closed sessions, saying the topics fall under RCW 42.31.10 subsections 1(b) and 1(i), and set the session for 20 minutes to convene at 7:35 p.m. He stated that no final action would be taken after the executive session.
