Votes at a glance: minutes, purchase card report, project approvals and routine signatures

The Eddy County Commission recorded the following formal actions and votes during the meeting:

- Approved commission meeting minutes for 02/10/2026 (motion passed by roll call).

- Approved the January purchase card approval report (motion passed by roll call).

- Authorized execution of the Bradbury Stamm Construction award agreement for the Detention Center (see separate article for details).

- Approved the Otis Gym and Community Center renovation project and associated funding request to cover a roughly $1.99 million project (see separate article for details).
