Youth Congress adopts resolution marking 40 years of exchange between Marianas High and Seisa Gakuen

The Youth Congress adopted Youth Congress Resolution 20-04 commending the administrations of Marianas High School and Seisa Gakuen High School on the occasion of 40 years of cultural exchange and sister-school partnership between the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and Japan.

The Vice Speaker presented the resolution and requested it be placed on the day's calendar for action as committee of the whole. Floor Leader Mosse moved to place the resolution on the calendar; the motion was seconded and carried. At final consideration, the clerk recorded seven yes votes and the Mister Speaker announced that Resolution 20-04 was adopted by the Youth Congress.

The resolution recognizes four decades of exchange between the two schools and asks that the commendation be placed on the record; the session record contains no recorded dissent or amendments to the resolution.
