Board approves MCIE membership budget; committee previews 2026–27 budget with 3.5% tax increase

The Colonial School District board voted to approve the 2026–27 MCIE membership services budget as presented, which projects a $71,090 increase to a total of $1,695,550, a 4.3% rise over the prior year. The district’s stated contribution will increase by $4,509 to $109,186, a 4.39% change.
