Council adds LandAnswers Consulting to demand service providers for surveying at $135 per hour

The council approved adding LandAnswers Consulting to the city’s list of demand service providers for surveying work and authorized a rate of $135 per hour.

Phil presented three quotes from surveyors who have worked with the city: LandAnswers Consulting at $135 per hour (the recommended firm), Stratus Mapping at $145 per hour, and Meridian Land Services at $145 per hour. Phil said the recommendation was based on prior work and the quoted hourly rates.

A council member moved to approve LandAnswers Consulting at $135 per hour as the surveyor on the demand provider list; the motion was seconded and carried 5-0.

The contract was approved as a demand-service authorization; specific task orders and scopes will be issued as needed under the city's standard procurement procedures.
