Rules Committee adopts substitute for HB 47‑90 and reports multiple bills by roll call

The House Rules Committee adopted substitute H‑1 for House Bill 47‑90 after Representative Postomus moved to adopt the substitute; the clerk conducted a roll call and recorded nine ayes, zero nays and zero passes. The committee then voted to report the bill with recommendation, again recording nine ayes and no opposition.

Following that action, members voted to report several other bills with recommendation. Representative Martin moved to report House Bill 48‑99; Representative Wenzel moved to report House Bill 49‑32; and Vice Chair Aragona moved to report House Bill 49‑34.
