At a special virtual meeting, the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission approved two one‑year adult‑use license renewals for Green Oasis Dispensary NJ LLC and AEDZ Supply Incorporated, following a staff recommendation and a roll‑call vote.
Executive Director Riggs told the commission that both entities had submitted renewal materials and that those materials were reviewed by the office of licensing and the office of compliance and investigation, which led staff to recommend renewal. "Both of these entities have submitted the renewal materials…staff is recommending that the board renew these licenses today," Riggs said.
An unidentified commissioner moved to approve the two renewals and Commissioner Mapp seconded the motion. Mister Saeed called the roll; Commissioners Laufer and Mapp and Vice Chair Nash voted yes and the motion passed. Chairwoman Wenwu was recorded absent.
After the vote, the chairing commissioner reminded licensees of the commission’s filing deadline: "the commission must receive a renewal application with all documentation and fees no later than 90 days prior to their expiration date of the current cannabis business license." The commission said this is intended to prevent a lapse in licensure.
No amendments or conditions were recorded in the motion. The CRC also explained that written public comments for this special meeting would be accepted via nj.gov/cannabis/meetings and become part of the public record.
Next steps: the approved one‑year renewals will be reflected in the commission’s licensing records; no additional formal actions were recorded at the meeting regarding these licenses.
