House adopts resolutions recognizing Daffodil and Apple Blossom festivals, commends Wapato school district and honors Robert Steven Masco

Unidentified Speaker announced that, with the consent of the house, the following resolutions are adopted and, on hearing no objection, the orders were confirmed.

The chamber adopted House resolution 46 71 recognizing the Daffodil Festival; House resolution 46 79 commending the Wapato school district for its leadership in teaching the Ishkine language; House resolution 4,686 honoring Robert Steven Masco; and House resolution 46 95 recognizing the 2026 Apple Blossom Festival. The actions were announced by the presiding speaker and approved by unanimous consent: "With the consent of the house, the following resolutions are adopted," followed by "Hearing no objection, so ordered."

These items are ceremonial recognitions and do not enact binding policy. They were carried by unanimous consent without recorded roll-call votes. The resolutions were read in sequence by the presiding speaker as part of the fourth-order proceedings and entered into the session record.

The house proceeded to other business after the adoptions.
