During reports on Feb. 19, Oak Hills Park Authority General Manager Jim Holliday and Controller Mark Gartner told the authority they could not log in to the city of Norwalk Zoom account needed for the planned executive session because verification codes were sent to an email address they could not access. "We will not have an executive session," Holliday said, and the authority agreed to table the executive session.
Holliday said the inability to access the city Zoom system affected both him and Gartner and that the authority logs into Zoom through the city of Norwalk’s account. Chair Alan Dutton said he would communicate the intended executive-session content — described in the meeting as a contract issue — to authority members by email or mail and that no vote was scheduled during the executive session.
Members said the executive session will be rescheduled for the next meeting if necessary. Holliday and others asked staff to take necessary steps so members can access the city system in future meetings.
