Board allows smaller driveway expansion at 63 Temple Drive, sets deadline to restore removed area to grass

Applicant Amin Salim said the enlarged area was meant to give his family extra parking. Staff said a 24-foot expansion would be larger than typically allowed and could appear as a parking lot in front of the house. The board instead permitted an enlargement that retains only the two paving blocks closest to the original driveway (approximately 10 feet) and requires the removal and restoration of the remainder to grass by June 30, 2026.
