The Oklahoma County Planning Commission on Feb. 19 approved the final plat for Bellagio Phase 2 (FP 2026-01), a roughly 24-acre continuation of the Bellagio neighborhood that will create 26 residential lots near NW 220th and Meridian.
Eric, the county engineer, told commissioners the review team inspected pavement, curb and gutter, detention ponds and erosion-control measures and found the development in satisfactory condition. "Everything looks good," he said, and staff noted "all the bonds are in place" for the project.
Jessica Bloy of Johnson Associates, who identified herself as representing the applicant, spoke in favor and confirmed the subdivision will be served by Deer Creek Water, calling the proposal "an extension of the existing Bellagio neighborhood." Commissioners moved and seconded approval; a roll-call vote recorded affirmative responses and the chair announced the item passed.
The commission did not record any public comments in opposition during the public-comment period. Next steps for the developer are routine final plat recording and coordination with county permitting and water-service connections.
