Council approves independent audit contract for Scranton School District; reappointments to civil service and other bodies pass

The Scranton City Council voted to adopt Resolution 142026, authorizing the mayor and appropriate officials to enter a contract with Rainey & Rainey to perform a single‑tax office independent audit for the Scranton School District covering fiscal years ending Dec. 31, 2023 and Dec. 31, 2024.
