- Traffic Management Inc. (Tab 5) requested $360,000 to train approximately 1,000 incumbent workers across 25 locations with union support letters and an approved LMS electronic record‑keeping system. The panel approved the request by roll call after no public comment.
- Advanced Integrated Pest Management (Tab 8), a first‑time contractor, requested $316,560 to train 243 workers (including 39 new employees) across many counties; the applicant described certifications and licensing tracks for applicators, field representatives and specialty licenses. The panel approved the proposal by roll call.
- Butte County Office of Education (Tab 9) requested $374,940 to deliver pre‑apprenticeship and transitional employment training through Employment Social Enterprises across 40 counties; staff and applicants explained regional staffing and partner employers of record. The panel approved the request by roll call.
- College of the Sequoias (Tab 10) requested $462,448 (including $72,718 tied to the ag initiative) for a multi‑employer contract serving employers in the Central Valley; applicants noted worker‑voice and employer practices and the panel asked staff to incorporate worker‑voice language and examples in future packets.
