- Senate Bill 71 (motor vehicle/evidence retention amendments): substituted, passed third reading with 24 yea, 0 nay, 5 absent and will be sent to the House.
- Senate Bill 172 (airport and air amendments): passed third reading with 25 yea, 0 nay, 4 absent and will be sent to the House.
- Third substitute Senate Bill 100 (federalism revisions): passed 24–0 and will be transmitted to the House.

The Senate also introduced a slate of new Senate bills for first reading (for referral to Rules), including SB301–SB304. Several substitute motions were made across the agenda and multiple bills were circled pending fiscal notes.
Leaders closed the floor with final motions and adjourned until Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 10 a.m.
