Fostoria council adopts ordinance vacating portion of Roby Court in 3rd Ward

The Fostoria City Council voted to vacate a portion of Roby Court in the city’s 3rd Ward on a unanimous roll-call vote, adopting the petition under sections 911.01–911.02 of the codified ordinances. Councilmember Mendoza moved to adopt the ordinance, and Cassidy seconded; the clerk then called the roll with all present members voting yes. The ordinance was recorded as Ordinance No. 2026-07.

The measure was presented under old business and enacted without amendment during the meeting. No additional conditions or contingencies were announced at the time of passage. Council did not record any public testimony specific to the Roby Court petition during tonight’s session.
