Keith County approves claims, pulls single card charge for follow-up

During the meeting the board considered payment of county claims. After initial discussion early in the meeting to hold a questioned credit-card claim (referred to in the packet as "line 1"), the board recessed and later reconvened.

Following reconvening, Speaker 8 moved to approve the claims with the exception of one claim to be pulled for follow-up; the item identified was for $457.33 and the board requested discussion with an employee before approving that line. The board approved the remainder of the claims by roll call.

Outcome: claims approved except for the single $457.33 line-item that remains held pending employee clarification. Staff will follow up and return with verification at a subsequent meeting or by phone as requested.
