Fairfield commission adds property to demolition list; reads eight notices

During the chairman’s report the commission voted to add an additional property to the list of demolitions noticed this month.

A commissioner moved to include 141 Cherry Lane (transcript contains several numeric renderings of this address) on the demolition list; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote. The chair subsequently read the list of eight properties noticed for demolition this month: 67 Racoque Avenue; 476 Mill Hill Terrace; 85 Dogwood Lane; 95 Old Post Road (Southport); 222 Stilson Road (adjacent to a Bank of America/Trader Joe’s complex, per chair’s description); 211 High Street; 121 Longview Road; and 41 Sherry Lane.

No further deliberation or public comment on the demolition notices was recorded. The commission did not record a roll-call tally in the transcript; actions were taken by voice vote during the meeting.
