Design review board approves small height and deck adjustments at 968 Delmar Avenue

The Design Review Board approved amendments for 968 Delmar Avenue (resolution 25‑2051) after staff and the applicant described a one‑foot increase to a rear roof and the leveling of a two‑level deck to a single level to accommodate an in‑progress construction. A neighbor, identified on the record as Usmani, said photographs taken from his porch show the change is "a lot more than 1 foot" and raised concerns about drainage direction and potential impacts to his property.
