Needham assessors report grants for multiple abatement applications after executive session

The Town of Needham Board of Assessors announced on Feb. 12 that it granted multiple tax-abatement applications after meeting in executive session. A board member read aloud the approved addresses after the board returned to open session.

The decisions announced included abatements for 76 Woodbine Circle, 31 Lester Street, 6 Glendale Road, 68 Kingsbury, 278 Central Ave, 43 Douglas Road, 401st Ave, 235 Brookline Street, 53 Peace Dale Road, 34 Perishing, and 22 Bonwood. The board also noted a settlement on an ATV case for 71 Highland Ave. The announcements were made publicly after the executive session concluded.
