Deerwood Park implementation: 15 of 37 recommendations completed, board told

Ernest provided an update to the Emergency Services Board on Feb. 11 on Deerwood Park implementation efforts. He said the project team identified 37 recommendations to pursue, has completed 15, and is working through the remainder with contributions from fire service personnel and community leaders.

Ernest described the work as a team effort requiring alignment among disparate organizations and commended participants for moving recommendations forward. No new requests were made to the board at the meeting; Ernest said he would keep the board updated on progress.
