Committee members agreed the group’s role is advisory: the advisory committee provides input to the school committee and administration rather than making final policy.
Members asked staff to rediscover and circulate the existing rollout plan so the committee can help "reinvigorate" public-facing communications. The committee flagged coordination with other materials (the discipline policy and handbooks) so external messaging remains consistent.
