Board approves minutes, schedules March 10 hearings; three procedural votes passed

The board met Tuesday and approved minutes from its Dec. 9 and Jan. 13 meetings and set multiple public hearings for March 10, staff said.

The approvals were routine. Steve moved to approve the Dec. 9 minutes, the chair seconded and both members present voted in favor. Steve then moved to approve the Jan. 13 minutes; the motion was seconded and approved by the two members present. Late in the meeting, the chair moved to adjourn; Steve seconded and the meeting was adjourned.

Why it matters: The votes clear procedural hurdles so staff and applicants can move forward with advertised public hearings on subdivision and planning matters March 10. Those hearings will decide whether specific plan adjustments and variances are allowed.
