Weld County renews animal control contract with NOCO Humane; agency cites 10% fee increase

Weld County commissioners approved Contract ID 10173 on Dec. 22 to renew community service funding and the county’s contract with NOCO Humane for animal control services.

Matt Turner of the sheriff’s office told the board NOCO Humane assumed operation of the county’s animal shelter years ago and "they've changed their operation completely."
