The North Bend City Council on Feb. 10 voted to authorize three routine items, including a contract for aerial ortho photography, approval of the fiscal-year budget calendar and formal enrollment in the Oregon Main Street program.
Speaker 5 moved that staff be authorized to contract with Geoterra Incorporated to acquire 2026 ortho photography for the city’s geographic information system in an amount not to exceed $10,990; Speaker 2 seconded the motion. The council approved the contract authorization by voice vote.
Speaker 2 also moved to approve the fiscal year 2026–27 budget calendar as presented; Speaker 5 seconded and the council approved the calendar by voice vote. The calendar sets city deadlines and milestones for next year’s budget development.
The council further voted to approve a 2026 participation agreement with Oregon Main Street for the North Bend Main Street program at the designated tier, in the amount of $375, and authorized the appropriate city representative to sign the agreement. Speaker 1 called for the voice votes on each measure and declared the motions carried.
City staff said the ortho imagery will be used in the city’s GIS system to support planning and operations and that the $10,990 figure is the upper limit for the contract. The Main Street agreement will allow North Bend to remain in the statewide Main Street network and access training and grant opportunities tied to downtown preservation and promotion.
There were no recorded roll-call tallies in the transcript; each item was approved by a voice vote with the chair noting that the motions carried. The meeting record does not provide a named, item-level vote count.
