Morrow County commissioners approve bills, bid advertisements and a personnel-policy amendment

At its Feb. 4 regular session the Morrow County Board of Commissioners approved a set of routine and administrative actions by motion and roll call.

The board approved bills numbered 1 through 108 after a motion and roll call. It also authorized advertising for bids for box culvert materials for County Road 101 and for Laurel Township Road 208; both bid-authorizations passed after motion and second with affirmative responses from the commissioners present.

The commissioners accepted the general report from the county treasurer for the close of business on Jan. 31, 2026, and later approved an amendment to the county personnel policy manual relating to personal dates. Each of those actions was moved, seconded and recorded as affirmed by the attending commissioners.

Procedural motions to recess and return to session were made and approved during the meeting, and a motion to adjourn carried at the end of the agenda.
