Court Grants Conditional Approval for Legends of Comanche Moon Phases 3–4 Final Plat

The Erath County Commissioners Court heard a presentation on the final plat for the Legends of Comanche Moon subdivision phases 3 and 4 and approved the plat on condition that final road work and the county's final inspection be completed this week.
