Representative Manglona introduced HB 24-95 proposing new gross revenue tax exemptions and export treatment clarifications to support small businesses and local farmers.
At the local level, Representative Angelo Camacho introduced House Local Bill 24-46 to reappropriate a $50,000 fund balance under Siphon Local Law 22-16 for a project coded 2001E. Representative Roman Beneventi reviewed HB 24-95 and raised concerns about the bill’s funding source and recommended further work at the delegation level to clarify fiscal details.
