Council highlights community mural in Watts and pays tribute to local leaders

At the Feb. 6 meeting, councilmembers announced a community celebration to unveil a new mural in Watts and thanked local artists and conservation groups involved in the project. One councilmember asked residents to attend the event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the location noted (SEG 473–491).
